Emma Meesseman didn’t have any expectations heading into her Liberty debut Sunday.
It had been more than a month since she played competitive five-on-five basketball and 2 ½ years since she stepped foot on a WNBA court.
She had been with the Liberty for only three days and hadn’t yet had a full practice with the team.
Talk about a baptism by fire.
