City council votes to end interlocal agreement with Hutto ISD

Hutto city council voted 4-3 to terminate its interlocal agreement with the Hutto Independent School District after council members discussed the issues which stemmed from certain provisions within the agreement not being met during a Nov. 20 meeting.
