Austin Energy 2035 plan sees challenges and successes one year after adoption




The city of Austin is making progress towards its goal of becoming carbon neutral by 2035, with Austin Energy presenting the results of the first year of the Resource, Generation and Climate Protection Plan 2035 to Austin City Council, including making it easier to connect to solar power, contracting battery storage options and improving import capacity.
