Austin police searching for missing 74-year-old woman

AUSTIN (KXAN) — The Austin Police Department on Wednesday asked the public for help in locating 74-year-old Saleemah Hatem.
Hatem was last seen leaving for a walk on Wednesday morning at 8:30 a.m. from 2011 East Sixth Street, according to the press release.
APD said she needs daily medication and has a slight cognitive impairment.
Authorities described her as being 5’3″ tall and 175 pounds. She was wearing a black dress and a silver or tan hijab.
If seen APD asks that you call 911.
