Kata Hay is facing legal trouble.

The Voice alum was arrested in Oklahoma after Tennessee authorities asked the public to help track her down following her alleged involvement in a deadly car crash, the Goodlettsville Police Department shared on Facebook.

Hay—whose real name is Kata Huddleston—was taken into custody in Osage County, Oklahoma, Dec. 17 and charged with being a fugitive from justice and is being held for extradition, according to jail records viewed by E! News.

The Goodlettsville PD shared a notice to be on the lookout for Hay on Dec. 16, alongside a photo of the season 11 reality star.

“She has outstanding warrants for vehicular homicide in connection with a motor vehicle crash on Hollow Pike near I-65,” the flyer, which the Tennessee police department posted on Facebook, read. “We have reason to believe that she may be enroute to Oklahoma and traveling with a white male and quite possibly towing a large camper.”
