AUSTIN (KXAN) — The Austin Police Department said it was searching for a suspect related to a crash investigation after the driver failed to stop and render aid after hitting a cyclist and two children.

According to APD, the crash occurred Wednesday around 8:25 a.m. near the intersection of West Slaughter Lane & Escarpment Boulevard. The incident was captured on video and can be viewed here.
